This urban-flavored, dance fitness class is tons of fun and easy to do at your own level (there’s always level 1 and 2 options). By adding style, nuance, and bigger movements once your muscle memory kicks in, you’ll feel the intensity kick up and the calories take off. The choreography is fun, easy to follow, and set to heart-pumping world beats like Hip-Hop, Reggaeton, Afro Beats, K-Pop, and much more. New routines rotate in over time, but old favorites are always there to love too. You don’t need to know how to dance, this is literally for anyone and everyone – promise! I cue verbally and visually; you just follow along. Come jam with us and be amazed at how fast a fitness class can fly by!

HIIT & Stretch

High intensity interval training, core strength, & deep stretching, all in one. We do a combo of strength building and cardio endurance exercises, both with body weight and resistance bands. For the first 20-30 minutes after warming up, we work in 10-90 second intervals interspersed with either light movement or rest, allowing you to reach higher intensities than normal. This means your metabolism is boosted! Even pushing hard for a small amount of time causes your body to have to make adaptations it would not otherwise need to make. This means more fat burn, more muscle preservation, and longer after-burn We add dynamic core strengthening with meticulous attention to proper form for the most results and finish with a good 12-20 minutes of deep full body stretching to prevent injury and help release tight muscles, even those you didn’t know were tight, that may be affecting other muscles. This class is for most all levels as everything can be modified. If you haven’t exercised in a long time, building up a bit of endurance and strength with any regular movement for a few weeks first will help. Open to advanced beginners through intermediate fitness levels or any non-senior adult beginners, this class is a combo of deep stretching (incorporating yoga poses) and core strength and stability (including abs, back, and glutes

Fit & Flexible

Open to advanced beginners through intermediate fitness levels or any non-senior adult beginners, this class combines strength training, low-impact cardio intervals, and deep gentle stretching while focusing on correct form and breathing to help reduce aches and increase energy. Some fun partner work and brain-empowering games included. Chairs, dumbbells and resistance bands are provided though if you have your own, please bring along! Please also bring a towel, yoga mat, and water

Mobile, Strong, & Lean

This 1-hour class covers 3 fundamentals of fitness, all impact-free: mobility/range of motion, strength at varying ranges of motion, and metabolic conditioning – getting the heart rate up! We’ll begin with mobility exercises like dynamic and active stretching to open up the joints, reduce aches and pains, and strengthen at our end ranges of motion, helping flexibility and mobility even more. We’ll move on to a weight training circuit covering upper and lower body and core, and end with a quick heart-rate pumping, impact-free circuit and final a cool down of passive, deep stretching

Fun, athletic, easy-to-follow hip hop dance fitness from around the world. Bollywood, Reggaeton, Afro Beats, K-pop, and more! While improving fitness, balance, confidence, camaraderie and fly dance moves, kids will also prepare a small performance for families on the last day!
