
This urban-flavored, dance fitness class is tons of fun and easy to do at your own level (options given to tone it down or kick it up). By adding style, nuance, and bigger movements once the basic movements become easier, you’ll feel the intensity and the calories take off. The choreography is fun, easy to follow, and set to heart-pumping world beats like Hip-Hop, Reggaeton, Afro Beats, K-Pop, and much more. New routines rotate in over time, but old favorites stick around too. No need to know how to dance, this is for everyone! I cue verbally and visually; you just follow along. Come jam with us and you’ll be amazed how fast an hour can fly by! Please bring water and towel

Core & Stretch
Open to any adult (advanced beginners through intermediate fitness levels), this class is a combo of deep stretching and mobility work (incorporating some yoga poses) and core strength, balance, and stability, including abs, back, hips, and glutes. Stretching straps are included (though if you have your own, please bring along). Please also bring a yoga mat, water, and towel.

Fit & Flexible
Open to advanced beginners through intermediate fitness levels or any non-senior adult beginners, this class combines strength training, low-impact cardio intervals, and deep gentle stretching while focusing on correct form and breathing to help reduce aches and increase energy. Some fun partner work and brain-stimulating games included. Chairs if needed, and resistance bands and stretching straps are provided (though if you have your own, please bring along). Please also bring a yoga mat, water, and a towel.

Mobile, Strong, Lean
This 1-hour class covers 3 fundamentals of fitness, all impact-free: mobility/range of motion, strength at varying ranges of motion, and metabolic conditioning – getting the heart rate up! We’ll begin with mobility exercises like dynamic and active stretching to open up the joints, reduce aches and pains, and strengthen at our end ranges of motion, helping flexibility and mobility even more. We’ll move on to a weight training circuit covering upper and lower body and core, and end with a quick heart-rate pumping, impact-free circuit and final a cool down of passive, deep stretching

Fun, athletic, easy-to-follow hip hop dance fitness from around the world. Bollywood, Reggaeton, Afro Beats, K-pop, and more! While improving fitness, balance, confidence, camaraderie and fly dance moves, kids will also prepare a small performance for families on the last day!

I, ____________________________________________, have volunteered to participate in a fitness program provided to me by MelzaFit Training, which may include, but may not be limited to, resistance training, aerobic or cardiovascular exercise, stretching, and myofascial release. In consideration of MelzaFit Training’s agreement to instruct and train me, I do here now and forever release and discharge and hereby hold harmless MelzaFit Training and its respective agents, heirs, assigns, contractors, and employees from any and all legal claims, demands, rights of action or causes of action, present or future, arising out of or connected with my participation in this or any exercise program including any injuries resulting there from.
THIS WAIVER AND RELEASE OF LIABILITY INCLUDES, WITHOUT LIMITATION, INJURIES WHICH MAY OCCUR AS A RESULT OF (1) EQUIPMENT BELONGING TO TRAINING OR TO MYSELF THAT MAY MALFUNCTION OR BREAK; (2) ANY SLIP, FALL, DROPPING OF EQUIPMENT; (3) AND/OR NEGLIGENT INSTRUCTION OR SUPERVISION.

I have been advised that an examination by a physician should be obtained by anyone prior to commencing a fitness and/or exercise program, or initiating a substantial change in the amount of regular physical activity performed. BY SIGNING THIS DOCUMENT, I AM WAIVING ANY RIGHT I OR MY SUCCESSORS MIGHT HAVE TO BRING A LEGAL ACTION OR ASSERT A CLAIM AGAINST MELZAFIT TRAINING FOR THEIR NEGLIGENCE OR THAT OF THEIR EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, OR CONTRACTORS.
